ANNOUNCING!

Our new facilities opened at 91 Bourke St on July 24th

About our new site

Our new site is located closer to town, at 91 Bourke St. This is the two-storey building across the road from the Hume Conservatorium. The site is open to students from 5 am to midnight, 7 days a week. Fast internet, computers, installed software, dual-screen monitors and printing facilities are available and free to registered students, as will our range of student services.

Existing swipes will not work at the new site. All students will need to complete an orientation at the new site to gain access.

Orientations at the new Centre

For safety and security purposes, students cannot receive access until they complete an orientation with a staff member.  Reach out to us or book in a time here.

Orientations will include some important safety and security information, and the following:

  • tour the new premises with a staff member
  • have a photo taken for our new access system
  • receive a new swipe card or access via phone app
  • sign our updated student agreement.

All students completing the orientation will receive a welcome pack and access to the new site.

Access to our TAFE site closed July 23rd

Our current site will remain accessible, using your existing swipe, until midnight on Monday 22nd July. Please collect any food or personal items from the TAFE site before this date. After this date, the site will remain closed. Leftover food will be disposed, and any found personal items will be stored in lost property at 91 Bourke St.

Please note that both our current site and the new premises will be closed on Tuesday 24th July to facilitate the move of our remaining furniture and computers. This brief closure is necessary to ensure all systems are set up and functioning smoothly in the new location.

Further questions or assistance from staff

If you would like any additional information or have any specific needs or concerns in relation to our relocation, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. Staff greatly appreciate your patience during this busy period and welcome all feedback on how we can improve the new Centre. We are also here to help minimise any disruption to your studies, and to help everyone settle into the new facilities.
